Hello!

If you have doubts about it, you must not think twice on getting lab tests on your respective hospital or health care center. H1N1 signs and symptoms at the same time are nausea, vomiting, cough, fever, running nose, diarrhea and loss of appetite. Swine flu can cure you through maintaining your healthy food supplements everyday, even with vitamins and minerals. If you think you have a swine flu, quarantine yourself for days and when it's time to go back and check your results again whether it's improving or not, you still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Only lab tests will know if you have swine flu or not.

One of the tell tale signs of the H1N1 virus is the sudden onset of a high temperature that is very difficult to bring down. If you do have the symptoms, it is vital that you stay hydrated as your body can dehydrate within hours with that high temperature. Drinking a sports drink like Gatorade or the like is good. Even water and regular Seven-up will help. Stay away from colas or drinks with Caffeine.

Do not over do it when you start to feel better, as we see a lot of people who relapse after thinking that they are all better.

I wish you well.

Only a lab test can tell the difference. Your doctor can order the test. But the treatment is the same. Stay in bed, drink lots of fluids, tylenol for fever and pain, or one of the liquid "flu" medicines. Chicken soup might help. Don't expose others to the virus. Wash you hands frequently and thoroughly.

Go to the e.r. if you have a high fever that can't be controlled.

Hope you feel better soon!
